Tell us what happened and which device you're using. In the app, Settings > Contact Support opens an email with your app version, operating system version, and device type already filled in, which helps us fix problems faster. You can delete those details before sending.

Common questions

How do I remove the ads?

Open the app, tap Settings on the home screen, and tap Remove Ads. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID (iPhone and iPad) or Google account (Android).

I already bought Remove Ads, but I still see ads.

Tap Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it. If it still doesn't work, email us.

How do I get a refund?

On iPhone and iPad, purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, purchases are handled by Google Play, so refunds go through Google: see Google Play's refund help.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Where the law requires it, the app shows an Ad Privacy Choices option in Settings. On iPhone and iPad, you can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I change the language?

Tap Settings on the home screen and choose a language. The app supports English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German, French, and Italian.

Where is my saved game?

Your game saves automatically on your device. Tap Resume Game on the home screen to continue. It isn't stored online, so deleting the app deletes the saved game.

How do I play a card?

Drag the card from your hand onto the You spot on the table. Tap How to Play on the home screen for the full rules, including Big Moe, Little Moe, 10 for 2, Blind 6, and mis-deals.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or later.
